Saturday, August 17th, it's time for the show. I can pick up my beautiful new Fore wheel set at Deko Bikesport. I didn't have to think for long if I would go for the Three, Four or Five series. Together with Leo van der Velde of Deko Bikesport we come to the conclusion that the Five series fits my riding style. As I ride with disc brakes it becomes the Fore Five CRD.

A few months later I've driven almost 1000 kilometers with the Five CRD and they are doing great. It is an incredibly fine rim that is completely finished with Pirelli tubeless tires. I live close to the coast, so I always have to deal with wind. However, this doesn't bother me at all when I'm cycling. The Five CRD's are really super tight.

On August 24th I experienced my first real test with my new wheel set. The team time trial of Zuidland is about to start. I am very curious to see how the wheels look in a competition element. The Five CRD wheels are perfect! Very tight through the corners, even at high speeds. 

Altogether I am very happy with my new addition to my bike. They are certainly a higher level than my previous wheel set. Highly recommended when you want to give your bike a serious boost. Besides that they fit perfectly with my riding characteristics, they also look very cool!
