All prices are VAT included. When placing and completing an order, we offer you a choice of payment methods. There is no extra charge for using any of these methods. An overview of payment methods is provided below.

Would you like to pay by iDEAL? This option is available if you have an internet account at any of the following banks: ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Bunq, Friesland Bank, ING, Knab, Rabobank, SNS Bank, RegioBank or Triodos Bank. 

Credit card
We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards for your orders. Unfortunately, we do not accept Visa Debit cards or other credit cards, such as American Express. Because we guarantee your security, our website is secured with an SSL certificate. This means that your order will be placed in a maximum-protection environment. 

Once we have checked and verified your credit card information, we will send your order the same day, as long as the order is placed by 17:00 on working days. We will only charge your credit card after you have received the delivery.

Would you like to use PayPal? Once you have logged in using your personal PayPal log-in data, you will need only to approve the payment. Once your payment has been approved, we will send out your order the same day. In this case as well, the order and approval of payment must take place on working days before 17:00.

Delayed payment
In some cases, there may be a delay before we receive a payment. We will obviously make sure to send out your order as quickly as possible once we have received payment.

Paid using iDEAL, no order confirmation received
If you have paid using iDEAL but are not sure whether the payment has actually gone through, we recommend that you check your bank account. If the order amount has not yet been deducted from your account, you can that assume we have not received payment. We recommend that you place the order again so we can arrange it for you.

If the order was successful, but you have not received order confirmation by email, please be aware that it may take up to an hour after the time of payment to process your order and payment. You should therefore keep a close eye on your email. If you have not received confirmation of your order after an hour, please contact our Customer Service department. We will be happy to check if we have received your order.

Your invoice is your proof of purchase. Invoices are attached to the shipping confirmation emails we send to you. You can also find your invoices in your online account; just log in using My Fore. Click on the order and you can view, download, and print your invoice. If you do not have an account, be sure to save the invoice that you receive by email. This invoice also serves as your proof of guarantee.
